A deposit of 30% of the booking value is required. In the event of cancellation of the booking, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
The remaining 70% of the booking value must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
Holiday City reserves the right to keep the deposit in the amount of 100% of the total booking costs if the Guest cancels the booked stay regardless of the reason, or if the booked service is not used within the agreed dates (no-show).

Dear Guests, the booked apartment will be prepared for the number of people declared as part of the booking (bedding, towels). If you would like to change the number of guests, please inform us at least 2 days before arrival.
Additionally, mandatory extra charges for each booking:
service charge – one-time fee: 380.00 PLN per stay PAID BY BANK TRANSFER BEFORE ARRIVAL
city tax – 6.67 PLN per person per night (rate applicable in 2026),, PAID ON SITE IN CASH
The above additional costs are included in the total price of the stay in the summary.
refundable deposit paid by bank transfer in the amount of 400 PLN before arrival. (Information will be sent by email before arrival.) We refund by bank transfer within 7 days after departure.
ATTENTION! In accordance with Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, we will be able to issue an invoice to you.

To collect the keys, please call a Holiday City staff member, no later than the day before arrival, at tel.: + 48 667 843 076.
For guests arriving after 16:00, we leave the keys in a key safe located by the door to the apartment.
Check-in is from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Any requests to change these times should be agreed with a Holiday City staff member.
