An advance payment of 30% of the booking value is required. If the booking is cancelled, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 70% of the booking value should be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
Holiday City reserves the right to keep the deposit amounting to 100% of the total booking costs if the Guest cancels the booked stay regardless of the reason or does not use the booked service within the specified dates (no-show).

Dear Sir/Madam, the reserved apartment will be prepared for as many people as declared in the booking (bed linen, towels). If you wish to change the number of people, please inform us at least 2 days before arrival.
Additionally, the following are mandatory and payable with every booking:
service fee – one-time fee: 380.00 złoty per stay PAY BY BANK TRANSFER BEFORE ARRIVAL
local city tax – 6.67 zł per person per night (rate applicable in 2026),, PAY ON ARRIVAL IN CASH
The above additional charges are included in the total accommodation price in the summary.
Refundable deposit payable by bank transfer in the amount of 400 zł before arrival. (Information will be sent by email before arrival) Refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 days after departure.
ATTENTION! Pursuant to Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, we will be able to issue an invoice to you.

2. For a company, only if when booking you provide such information and invoice details. We are required to issue receipts on the day of sale,
To receive a VAT invoice for the service you have booked, please send the company details to the address rezerwacja@holidaycity.pl. In the case of VAT invoices for business entities, please provide the NIP number and full company details no later than the day the deposit / accommodation fee is received. To collect the keys, please contact a Holiday City staff member by phone, no later than the day before arrival, at: +48 667 843 076.
For guests arriving after 16:00, we leave the keys in a lockbox located by the door of the relevant apartment.
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Any requests to change these times should be agreed with a Holiday City staff member.
