Dear Guests, the reserved apartment will be prepared for the number of people declared in the booking (bedding, towels). To change the number of guests, please inform us at least 2 days before arrival.
Mandatory additional fees for every booking:
service fee - one-time payment: 380.00 PLN / stay PAYABLE BY BANK TRANSFER BEFORE ARRIVAL
tourist tax - 6.67 PLN per person per night (rate for 2026), PAYABLE LOCALLY IN CASH

refundable deposit payable by bank transfer of 400 PLN before arrival. (Details will be emailed before arrival) REFUND WILL BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE.

To receive a VAT invoice for your service, please send your company details to rezerwacja@holidaycity.pl. For VAT invoices to businesses, provide your VAT ID number and full company data no later than the date the deposit/payment is received. Failure to provide this info will prevent issuing a VAT invoice to the business.

To collect keys, please call a Holiday City staff member by phone no later than the day before arrival at +48 667 843 076.
Guests arriving after 4:00 PM will find keys in a locker by the apartment door.
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM; requests to change these times must be arranged with Holiday City staff.
The office is at 1 Jagielońska St., Kołobrzeg.
