To receive a VAT invoice for your booked service, please send your company details to rezerwacja@holidaycity.pl. For VAT invoices to businesses, please provide VAT ID and full company details no later than the day the deposit/payment arrives. Missing this info means we cannot issue a VAT invoice to the business entity.

To collect keys, please call the Holiday City staff latest the day before arrival at +48 667 843 076.
Guests arriving after 4:00 PM will find keys in the locker by the apartment door.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM; please arrange changes with Holiday City staff.

Rezerwacja może być bezkosztowo anulowana w terminie do 14 dni przed przyjazdem. W takim przypadku wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w terminie 7 dni od zgłoszenia anulowania rezerwacji. W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane jest dokonanie przedpłaty w wysokości 30% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online lub przelewem tradycyjnym na konto Holiday City. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa wartością 100% rezerwacji.
