  • cleaning fee – single payment: 180zł – one-room apartment, 210zł – two-room apartment, 250zł three-room apartment – PAID ON SITE
  • tourist tax – 5.40 zł per person per day, PAID ON SITE!
  • refundable deposit in the amount of 400zł payable in cash (on site). WE REFUND THE CASH DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-OUT OR BY BANK TRANSFER UP TO 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DEPARTURE.

  NOTE! DUE TO A CHANGE IN REGULATIONS, WE CAN ISSUE AN INVOICE FOR YOUR STAY:

  1. To a natural person (name) only based on the receipt.

  2. To a company, only if you express a wish to receive it and provide invoice details when booking. We are required to issue receipts on the day of sale,

  and therefore, if you pay (or provide your card details to be debited by us) at the time of booking and do not provide information about the invoice needed

  To collect the keys, please call Holiday City employee, the day before arrival at the latest, at + 48 667 843 076.

  For guests arriving after 16:00 we leave the keys in the locker located at the door to the apartment.

  You can check-in from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00. Please discuss any requests to change these hours with a Holiday City employee.

  The office is located at ul. Jagielońska 1 in Kołobrzeg.

Rezerwacja może być bezkosztowo anulowana w terminie do 5 dni przed przyjazdem. W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagana jest wpłata przedpłaty - 30% wartości rezerwacji, za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online lub na konto Holiday city. II wpłata na poczet pobytu jest wymagana do 5 dni przed przyjazdem. Brak terminowej wpłaty traktowane jest jako odstąpienie od umowy - rezerwacja zostanie anulowana. W przypadku anulacji ze zwrotnem zaliczki - do 5 dni przed przyjazdem - przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w terminie 7 dni od zgłoszenia anulowania rezerwacji. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 100% wartości rezerwacji. Skrócenie rezerwacji podczas pobytu, nie powoduje zmiany wartości dla tej rezerwacji.
