To receive a VAT invoice for the service you ordered, please send your company details to rezerwacja@holidaycity.pl. In the case of VAT invoices for business entities, please provide the VAT ID number and full company details no later than the day of receipt of the deposit/payment for the stay. Failure to provide this information will result in the inability to issue a VAT invoice for a business entity.
Lowest price guarantee when booking online! A prepayment of 30% of the reservation value made using online payment is required. The prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
