refundable deposit payable by bank transfer in the amount of PLN 400 before arrival. (Information will be sent by e-mail before arrival) WE WILL RETURN THE DEPOSIT BY BANK TRANSFER WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE.
ATTENTION! In accordance with Article 106b sec. 5 of the Act on Goods and Services Tax, we will be able to issue you a VAT invoice (FV)
1. For a private individual (named) only on the basis of a sales receipt.
2. For a company, only if, when booking, you provide this information and invoicing details. We are obliged to issue receipts on the day of sale,
To receive a VAT invoice for the service you ordered, please send your company's details to rezerwacja@holidaycity.pl. For VAT invoices for business entities, please provide the tax identification number (NIP) and the company's full details no later than the day the deposit / payment for the stay is received. Failure to provide such information will result in the inability to issue a VAT invoice to a business entity.
Rezerwacja może być bezkosztowo anulowana w terminie do 7 dni przed przyjazdem. Wpłaty w wysokości 100% wartości rezerwacji jest realizowana przelewem tradycyjnym na konto Holiday City przed upłynięciem terminu bezkosztowej anulacji, na podstawie danych do przelewu otrzymanych przez pracownika biura. Wpłata musi być zafiskalizowana najpóźniej w terminie 7 dni przed przyjazdem. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu opłata nie zostaje zwrócona.
