- refundable deposit in the amount of 400zł payable in cash (on site). WE REFUND THE CASH DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-OUT OR BY BANK TRANSFER UP TO 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DEPARTURE.

To collect the keys, please call Holiday City employee, the day before arrival at the latest, at + 48 667 843 076.
For guests arriving after 16:00 we leave the keys in the locker located at the door to the apartment.
You can check-in from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00. Please discuss any requests to change these hours with a Holiday City employee.
The office is located at ul. Jagielońska 1 in Kołobrzeg.
