The Perłowa Przystań property in Sianożęty is located right at the descent to the largest and at the same time the most beautiful beach in the Kołobrzeg area. For cycling enthusiasts, right at the property is one of the most scenic bike paths R10. Nearby, during the summer season, there is a bicycle rental and numerous dining points.
The property currently consists of two buildings along the beach located at 2 Sztormowa Street and 38A Lotnicza Street.
Building no. 1 at 2 Sztormowa Street is distant from the construction of the 3rd phase of the Estate, which ensures our Guests peace and quiet during their stay.
Meanwhile, Building no. 2 at 38A Lotnicza Street on the south side neighbors the construction of the 3rd phase of the Estate.
Pool available for Guests at the nearby Imperiall Resort & MediSpa Sianożęty, 1 km away. The price for one entrance is 40 PLN. Our Guests can use the Restaurant at the Imperiall Hotel with a 10% discount.
